Oh, Baby...

Last month, our 'crafty sistahs' group had a card swap with a baby theme.  This is my card. I found the tutorial on Split Coast over a year ago and hadn't used it again since, so I'm sorry whoever you are... I'd give you credit if I could...  When I made the original one, I made a template out of cardstock.  This way I don't have to measure each time I make a card.  I used so saffron for the base & a retired DSP for the trim.  The 'buttons' are brads and I used the 1 3/4 circle punch for the neck and leg openings.  The trim on the legs was created by using the scallop circle after punching the opening circle.  The arm trim was scalloped with the scallop border punch.

  1. Oh so cute!!! And a perfect little baby card! Love that trim. Adorable.

  2. Your swap card was this first one I gave out! My step brother and his girlfriend had their baby on May 5 and I gave them your adorable card :)

  3. I love this little card, Margaret!

I would love to know what you think! Thanks for commenting!
