Blossom Builders Birthday

I was looking for something a little different to create for my stamp club and came across the blossom builders set in the Occasions mini.  I have to admit that I completely overlooked these until a fellow demonstrator did a tictac holder at one of our team meetings.  They are so awesome! All you have to do is punch them out and glue them down! And there is a solid color on one side and a print on the other.  Plus there are those fantastic pink rhinestones too! So I used the card in the mini (changed very little!) as one of my projects.  This was a really easy card to put together and the ladies loved the flowers!

While there are banner strips in the kit, I used very vanilla paper and snipped the ends. The sentiment is from Party This Way which is on the retiring list : (   I also used a circle as the base of my flower.

Card Recipe:  Cardstock-baja breeze, very vanilla, lucky limeade, Ink-baja breeze, Stamp Set-Party This Way, Accessories-Blossom Builders, word window punch, 1 3/4 circle punch, square lattice folder

  1. This. Is. Gorgeous!! Love the soft colors and that lovely layered flower. The pop of embossing is a great touch! I'm bummed that Party This Way is retiring, too. It is a great b'day set and I love the playful font. Hopefully something even more fun will replace it, right? :)
